These terms apply to the Nitro Pitch website, game, accounts, and online rooms. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service.
You must be at least 13 to create an account or use online community features. If you are below the age of legal adulthood where you live, ask a parent or guardian to review these terms and approve your use.
Choose an appropriate username, keep your password private, and do not impersonate another person or access an account without permission. You are responsible for activity you authorize on your account. Guest progress may only be saved in the browser; clearing site data can remove it.
Report players through the in-game Report control. Send bugs or questions through the feedback button at the top of the game.
You remain responsible for usernames, chat messages, feedback, and other content you submit. Only share content you have permission to use. You allow Nitro Pitch to store, display, and process that content as needed to operate the game, deliver messages, and investigate reports.
Online names, messages, and match activity may be visible to other players. Do not post passwords, contact details, or sensitive personal information in chat.
Ranks, XP, unlocks, cosmetics, and other virtual items are game features. They have no cash value and do not provide ownership of game assets. Balancing changes, resets, technical issues, or account restrictions may affect their availability. Do not sell accounts or trade virtual items outside features offered by the game.
We may update gameplay, change features, perform maintenance, or discontinue parts of the service. Online play depends on your connection and third-party services. Continuous availability, uninterrupted matches, and recovery of every save or replay cannot be guaranteed.
The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that it will be error-free or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
We may remove content, mute chat, restrict online features, or suspend accounts for rule violations, security threats, or disruption of the service. The response depends on the severity and circumstances. Serious or repeated abuse may result in a permanent restriction.
If you believe a moderation decision was mistaken, use the in-game feedback feature if available and include your username and the relevant details. Do not include your password.
The Privacy Policy explains information handling. The cookies page explains advertising technologies and the controls available to you. Accepting these terms is separate from any advertising consent choice presented by a provider. See the cookies page for browser controls and Google advertising settings.
Hosting, sign-in, and advertising providers also have their own policies. Links to third-party sites do not mean we control their content or practices.
When these terms change, we will update this page and its revision date. Material changes may also be announced in the game or presented for renewed acceptance. Review the revised terms before continuing to use the service.
Open the game and use the feedback speech-bubble button at the top of the menu to contact the developer. Sign-in is required to send feedback. For account or moderation questions, include your username and a clear description of the issue, never your password.
